CSR Statement

Employee Engagement

We seek to enhance the employee experience and encourage broader participation in the firm’s engagement efforts by hosting regular internal events that enable our colleagues to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ones.

External Relationships

First Eagle seeks to leverage our business footprint in such a way that encourages diversity and inclusion more broadly with the nonprofit organizations in our communities, the vendors we do business with and our peers in the industry.

  • The First Eagle Investments Foundation is the primary vehicle through which we engage with our nonprofit partners and the communities in which we work, live and invest. The Foundation supports three primary activities: direct monetary support for a range of charitable causes and academic pursuits; collaborative, ongoing partnerships with a small number of nonprofit organizations; and creative approaches to amplifying the philanthropic engagement of our colleagues. Since its establishment in 2012, the Foundation has donated about $11.5 million to organizations and causes identified as important to First Eagle employees and our communities as of December 2024.
  • We look to engage with our investment management peers to advance engagement and inclusion across our industry, particularly in the area of Human Capital.
