Will Karim

William Karim is an Associate General Counsel for First Eagle Alternative Credit’s Direct Lending platform. His role includes structuring, negotiation and review of all portfolio investments and investment opportunities. William became part of First Eagle in 2020 upon the firm’s acquisition of THL Credit. Prior to joining THL Credit in 2017, he worked as a Counsel at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. where he was responsible for a variety of commercial and corporate legal matters, including strategic partnerships and the company’s financings. Prior to Keurig Green Mountain, William worked as an Associate at the law firms Proskauer Rose LLP and Mayer Brown LLP, where he focused on commercial finance transactions. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College (CT).
