Melanie Dow

Melanie Dow is chief administrative officer at First Eagle Investments with oversight of the Business Optimization, Corporate Operations, Human Resources, Marketing and Product teams. Prior to joining the firm in October 2010 as head of Human Resources, Melanie was a director and senior human resources generalist at Wells Fargo, supporting the equities, research and portfolio management divisions. Previously, she served as vice president and senior human resources generalist at Bank of America, where she covered the global markets technology division. Melanie began her HR career supporting the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. She earned a BA in psychology from the University of Maine and her Post-Graduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership at the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
