Katie Cowan

Katie Cowan is the head of Insurance Client Solutions at First Eagle Investments, responsible for leading business development, relationship management, product development and client service efforts in the insurance channel. Katie also partners with the firm’s investment teams to deliver strategic solutions to First Eagle's insurance relationships. Prior to joining First Eagle in November 2023, Katie was a managing director at Guggenheim Investments, where she was responsible for leading business development, relationship management and client service efforts for the firm’s third-party insurance relationships for over 10 years. Prior to that, Katie was a vice president in the Global Markets division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focused on fixed income sales for insurance relationships, and an associate in Leveraged Finance at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where she spent time in both the London and New York offices. Katie earned a BS in business administration, with a concentration in finance and economics, from Georgetown University.
