Aized Rabbani

Aized Rabbani is a managing director on First Eagle Alternative Credit’s Direct Lending team, responsible for originating, structuring and executing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining First Eagle in September 2024, he was a managing director at Brightwood Capital where he focused on originating and executing senior loans. Before that, Aized was a managing director at Abacus Finance, responsible for originating and executing new investments with middle market sponsors. He previously worked at JP Morgan where he held roles in corporate credit, JPMorgan Mezzanine Capital and leveraged finance. He began his career with General Electric’s management program followed by technology roles at MicroStrategy, a data analytics software company. Aized earned a BS in electric engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
